Pulaski County Court Docket does not host or sell a database of court dockets or personal case records. Official Circuit Court files remain with the Pulaski Circuit and County Clerk, and local District Court records remain with their clerks. Search ARCourts is operated by the Arkansas Judiciary. Public access to Arkansas judicial case records is governed chiefly by Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19, while Arkansas Code section 25-19-105 supplies the state's broader Freedom of Information Act framework.
